She is not a Tibetan woman. Calling Chinese living in Tibet an ethnic tibetan does not make them tibetan. Tibetans are displaced from thier ancestral home and given only inconsequential position. Majority of young tibetans are unemployed in Tibetan and yet chinese propaganda machine will continue to spew lies about progress in Tibet.

Ji Quimei is a Chinese, not Tibetan name. She also, doesn't look Tibetan to me. "Dorji" at least sounds Tibetan. But they all speak in Chinese and I doubt they have a chance to use Tibetan in their profession. I'll believe what CCTV says when I see Tibetans using the Tibetan language for their profession.
At least, at the end, what people were writing in front of the computers was in Tibetan.
