  • Hi. Its very tall, its almost 8 feet tall including the whole crown.

I saw another longcase clock of about the same age recently, and noticed how very rustic it was. and it only has a 30 hour movement, requiring it to be wound every day. Ours is a ten day clock from the 18th Century (its as old as the United States) and the overall face painting and wood decoration are a whole class higher.

  • that's a beautiful clock! nice bell,too.

  • Did you hear the cat meowing in the background? Nice cat. (sorry the film has Kettle noise in it, and wife loudly talking to her dad on the phone. The Camera picks up all these noises, your own ears filter them out.)
