  • cool video! :D

  • where can i get a new o ring from and also is there another seal that i should replace also

  • would u know why my awd astro wont shift from 1st gear? befor i can giv i gas and it well shift but know it wnt shift from 1st gear.

  • @Ludvigsen08 The places where you would be applying the screwdriver should not be sealing surfaces unless you slip badly. :) Normally, I use a needlenose pliers for the shift solonoid clip, though. That way I can pry the clip up a little with one jaw of the pliers, and then grab the clip to pull it out. On the pump, you're prying on the back side, not the edge, so you're safe there.

  • thanks for the tips... but when you use the flat screwdriver like wont you risk to scrape or ruin it?

  • have an 85 firebird, auto, wont shift past 1st when put in driv or o-drive.

    any help?
