BELL Program : Nia Rashidchi fights for summer learning program to impact WCCUSD

West Contra Costa Unified School District, Assistant Superintendent of Educaional Services Mrs. Rashidchi pushes hard for Building Educated Leaders For Life (BELL) program. BELL is a summer learning program designed to improve academic skills, social behaviors and parental involvement among low-income families. BELL's proposal, if approve by West Contra Costa Unified School District, would be BELL first time working with any school or district in the state of California. Perhaps, the only real question or issue is one of trust...
