Thanks for the video! I made homemade pasta today. I made Fettucini using my food processor and pasta maker my Mom gave me. It came out excellent. I was wondering if I can use the same doudh recipe for Cavatelli? I used 2 1/4 c flour, 2 eggs, 1/3 c water, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp salt.

Thank you Nana and family for posting this recipe. I have wanted to make cavatelli for years but was worried they would be difficult. I made them tonight for friends. Your right "pure gold" Everyone loved them. I did cheat a little with the cavatelli maker, worked like a charm. Thanks again!!!!
To those of you who said Cavatelli has ricotta cheese in it, you are WRONG!!! IT should not. And I have been looking for a receipe that does NOT have ricotta in the dough!! Thanks Nona
