Its close but I'm gonna say Figo. Bergkamp was a great player - expecially at his peak. But I didnt think he was that great post 2000. Similarly Figo was a better player in the 90's but probably hit his absoulte peak in 2000/01. Berkgamp played for inter- nd was a flop - Figo on the other hand joined Inter in his "twighlight" and won 4 scudettos and scored a delightful freekick to clinch the italina cup.Dont forget Figo destroyed Bergkamp in the Champ league twice whilst at barcelona in 99/00.
