This experiment investigates how water will interact with a charged circular rod in microgravity. It is expected that the water will circle the donut shaped rod vertically, or horizontally like a rail. It is also a possibility that the water will remain in the center of the circle because it has equal attraction in all directions.

The rod used will be glass and have an approximate diameter of 30cm.
Rod can be suspended freely or tied with ropes to each end.
