@cykirk2010 Hardly an average voice since it's so distinctive. It's not a beautiful voice - check out Slim Whitman's version - but it catches the pathos of the lyric and the timing is delicious. What matters most is conveying the meaning and he does without turning drippy. It's what Fred Astaire could do, even though he also did not have a beautiful voice.
