they were just being stupid. Its apart of being young and going to parades. Im black and we really love to see white people "get down" as you can tell by the reaction when the band started playing.

You can tell that they are joking. What they're saying makes total sense to me atleast, because southshore dance teams DO have more groove and rhythm, and Northshore dance teams have a different style.

Hey, gulfcoastsoulja985. Did you record them again this year? Just wondering. I'm this band (and video), and just want to say thank God for New Orleans parades. There's no hate in them at all. Just moments like this. All to all you people that think they're "racist".......... how about you come down here for week, spend time in New ORLEANS, and then try saying that to his face. Jerks.

@spsmuzic1 There were some former homegirls of mine from the Westbank who had their opinions about that. All I was doing was trying to record the band. I have love for St. Paul's, Covington, West Jeff, Higgins, East. St. John, O'Perry Walker, Warren Easton, St. Aug etc. and all the other showbands in the country. Just disregard what she said in that video and forgive her. She ended up liking St. Paul's band anyway. I think I recorded SPS in the Eve parade for this year.

That was a chick (I am from Mandeville and went to Mandeville High School) am cool with (She went to West Jefferson in Harvey and she from the Westbank) who made them comments. I talked a little, but I was chillin mostly. SPS Dance Team and most Northshore dance teams just has a different style from the dance teams my homegirl are used to seeing. It's all about opinions.
