@smartzazi i'm a catholic and have some Muslims friends. they know the story of Jesus from the quran. some of them have read the bible to know more about him. an answer for your question will be yes, I know Muslims believe in Jesus but just as a Prophet and not to be the son of god. I have a Muslim friend that carries a cross in his neck accepting the two teachings.

@smartzazi It depends on which branch of Islam. The Majority of Muslims, the main Shia and Sunni branches believe that Jesus was a prophet; like Muhammed. They believe that when Jesus died he acsended to heaven (like Christians believe) but that he was never crucified. Much of the Gospels feature in the Surah's (chapters of the Quaran).

Alawi's, that are a small branch of Shia islam, do believe that Jesus was the Son of God and are pretty much a combination of Islam and Christianity.
