仕込編(1)の続きです。クグロフが焼けました。とってもリッチなのに混ぜるだけでこんなに美味しいのが焼けるので、ぜひ、クリスマスの一品にお薦めです。H天然酵母は甘­いのにも強いんですね。古くとも味があっていいです。レギュラークラスでは酵母をかえて、パネトーネを焼きます。キリストだけでなく誰かの生誕祝にも焼いてあげたいです。­www.breadonbread.com
