I think the thing I like most about this pitch isn't that it's hilarious and creative, or the anchor who pretty much explodes with patrtiotism, but that this pitch forced Jim to stop making the jokes at his expense, just for a second, and made him pronounce how awesome he truly was. He was so modest and humble that he'd never do it unless he was forced to.

As epic as this is, it's hilarious that something that seemed so "American"...needed a British TV producer to put on the air. Long live Jim, Jerry...and Lord Lew, the man insane enough to bring this insane and brilliant show to air.
