Honda Accord License Plates Are TOO Shiny

I was driving North on the 405 fwy in Los Angeles on a weekday morning and the Honda Accord in front of me had a license plate that was reflecting the sun right into my face and made it difficult for me to drive safely. I just wanna say to Honda: please stop making your license plates so shiny. There's no need to make reflective license plates because when you're the car behind a shiny license plate you can get this bright glare that impairs your line of sight and makes it more difficult to drive. I had my trusty Flip camera and recorded this. The sun looks like a black circle because my Flip camera for some reason records direct sunlight as a black circle. Go figure.
