The Bidirectional Access Promotion Society (bapsi.org) has already launched PocketSMS, software that allows a deaf-blind person to send and receive text messages by converting the received text into short and long vibration pulses in Morse code. Morse Trainer helps such people learn Morse code. In the pipeline are facilities to provide access to mail, Twitter, wikipedia and speech to text and text to speech conversion. You can help in designing, coding, finding deaf-blind beta testers, training them, or by sending us a donation
Wonderful endeavour! I wish you success.
