http://www.techbricks.nl made a NXT LEGO Mindstorms Line Follower using a NXT 2.0 color sensor, a Hitechnic color sensor and a NXT 1.0 light sensor. The program is based on a PID [proportional, integral (integrator) and derivative(differentiator, differential)] controller. This controller must be tuned by setting 3 gains: Kp, Ki and kd. The video shows how you can manually tune the PID controller. The software is written in NXC.
