Here's a quick Japanese Bento Tip for space fillers. It's called Chikuwa (fishcake) with Stuffed Cucumbers.

Ingredients needed:
* 2 Chikuwa sticks
* 1 Japanese cucumber (If you can't find Japanese cucumbers you can use regular cucumbers and cut them into small sliced strips to fit the chikuwa).

    Oh Yeah! I either get it at the 99 Ranch market or the Korean market carries tons of fish cake and we have one Japanese market I get it there sometimes to! I use it in lots of different soups and such!
