Discovery's Turbo channel, the TV station for petrolheads, boasts a new series of idents produced in-house under the creative direction of Federico Gaggio. Each one uses a recording of a famous engine, all of which presumably will be familiar to the station's viewers.
The new Turbo ID's are really great. Simply, colourful and moderns... completely different to the old ones. One critic: the on-air logo with animation has an error in the looping when the program went back from the "empty" ad space (the black screen for seconds). This error appears in the latin-american feed
