Um, the Desert Eagle, especially with a mag full of .50AE rounds, is one of the heaviest handguns. Have fun trying to pull that out of your holster, aim, and shoot who ever is attacking you. You can easily kill or wound someone with a 9mm or .45 ACP round, with a lighter weight. You'd get killed trying to use a Desert Eagle to defend your self. Please don't base your gun facts off of call of duty...

what is the recoil like on that thing? if there was a scale from 1-10 and the 22lr was 2 and the 9mm was 5 than what would the 50ae be?

It would have been nice to see the Glock 21, 45 ACP in this also. I have a 17 and 21. Both awesome firearms.

Really? Its not that hard to shoot. There are many videos on youtube showing people duel weilding deserts eagles. The recoil effects accuracy but its not like its your going to break your wrist.

Yeah i see what youre saying. If i was a mugger with a knife and someone pulled out a .50 when I mugged them, I'd try to either stab them as fast as I can or shit my pants and die. But the mugger isnt going to see your gun before you pull it out, so why not just put a .45 ACP through his head. :D

no no, i know, call of duty is just a game, i dont compare the reality with games, i give you a great point of view in your opinion, .50ae=powerful recoil, and will be hard to kill few guy in front of you, you can get killed, be more in danger than the other guys, but send them a prayer so they cant get shot by the .50ae round, it will make them shit

This is a awesome handgun. I own one, the speed in call of duty 4 is crap, you would have to have BIONIC wrists to shhot this gun that fast, not to mention you wouldn't hit a damn thing after the first round

There is a vid on youtube of a guy shooting a .50AE DE in an IPSC match. He can shoot one pretty fast. Very impressive.
