Kino der Toten, ''Five'' and Dead Ops Arcade maps are all pre-installed maps, and they are free. All other maps (Classic Zombies, Moon, Shangri-La, Call of the Dead, Ascension) are DLC and therefore cost.

For all you dumbasses, you have to pay for all the other maps. Look at the date of this video. There wasn't any DLC available at this time.
