I was a hippie/freak in south Georgia in the early 70's & I caught a lot of shit from the rednecks along with my friends. Got my poor ass whipped 3 or 4 times in 1972. I started toting a bowie knife in my boot & a 2 foot long bayonet under the seat of my car after all that. By the end of the 70's I was smoking pot with some of the same rednecks that used to hassle us. Life is strange....
