@IWillKickSerbianAss Hi! Well it is definitely always a good idea to have a unique sound. That being said, I find that most people don't want to sing Broadway or Opera and they shouldn't if they don't want to. You should be able to have full control of the sound of your singing voice as well. That involves getting control of your singing muscles and making them stronger, so your high notes will sound more like the music you hear on the radio, as apposed to that opera sound you are hearing.

Does it matter that I have a soft voice and tend to not sing or talk loudly? I'm a guy and 17 but I sing for random people all the time and I've been told I'm good by some and told I'm not by others. But when I sing I don't rly have a lot of range like I can't sing high notes and I can't hold notes very long. I've wanted to be able to sing well for a long time now because I play instrumetns and id just like to add singing to my repertoire. Any advice u can give would be appreciated.

@07SURESHOT Everybody's voice ie different. I understand the head voice singing high notes trouble you are having. There is a very cool way to get your head voice really loud and also to sing much higher notes in your full voice. It involves getting control of your singing muscle and making them stronger.
