Cool. It kind of looks like a promo for some industrial event.
I did work in video games years ago, (yuk- total hideous mistake for me personally)- games companies are notoriously secretive, and very possessive about what they are doing internally,. especially before their products are released, especially when showcasing what was a cutting edge technology at the time. Rare had a reputation, at least in the games press, as being very secretive. Your story must be unusual.

@jaaatube I had a family member that worked for Rare/Nintendo way back in the day. He sent me a VHS with a bunch of stuff he was working on. This was one of them.
