8:30 AM - 9:30 AM ~ Wake Up & Breakfast (EAT)

10:15 AM - 12:15 PM ~ GYM #1

1:00 PM - 1:30 PM ~ EAT (LUNCH)

1:30 PM - 3:30 PM ~ RECREATION/YOUTUBE/WHATEVER

3:30 PM ~ EAT (snack)

4:00 PM - 6:00 PM ~ GYM #2

6:30 PM - 7:15 PM ~ EAT (DINNER)

7:15 PM - 8:30 PM ~ RECREATION/YOUTUBE/WHATEVER

8:30 PM - 8:45 PM ~ EAT (small snack; String Cheese, Muscle Milk etc.)

8:45 PM - 12:30 AM ~ RECREATION/YOUTUBE/WHATEVER

12:30 AM - 1:00 AM ~ BED
