I used to have a Boss distortion pedal that was housed in the same green metal case as the classic Boss CE1. It fell apart years ago and i no longer have the parts, but wondered if you know anything about that model.

Only that those old green pedals were the forefathers of the modern Boss pedals. I have a phaser from that era as well as a CE1. Check the Discofreq pedal site for more info. G

ah man, so nice. That Gretsch sounds great. Somebody really took care of that tape unit it looks fantastic and sounds great. Thanks so much for sharing, Graeme, Your vids are always worth a look. Is the Gretsch a recent model or vintage? I'm interested in whether those pickups are vintage or recent stock or maybe TV Jones? They sound really great. cheers buddy.

Thanks man! The Gretsch is about 7 or 8 years old. It is a Black Falcon with the standard Filtertron pickups. G
