@scorpio1066 well you do not want to get too short of rest periods because then it is pretty much like doing one long consistent set rather than two, I would change up rest periods to maximize muscle confusion as well
@thepimpsheeya ah yes i see that makes sense now. i was wondering though if you rest shorter times youll not be able to put as much weight on the bar. resting longer will allow that? just trying to get the right balance in my own program. thanks for any info
Why just isolate the lat? That first workout is a great lat workout, but wether your forearm or bicep is involved it doesnt change the effects on the lat. I would think you would want to give the forearm and bicep and extra workout in this
