How To:
Stand with your knees slightly bent and your feet shoulder width apart. Hold the barbell with an underhand grip and your hands shoulder width apart. Exhale and bend at the elbows, curling the barbell towards your shoulders. Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement and slowly lower the barbell to starting position. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
