1. shoulders over the bar back tight chest up head up , keep shoulders over the bar until hips make contact with the bar and thrust with arms explosive (i did not see this happen with you)
2. a lifter must not jump with the bar this shows lack of strength and also looks very bad if lifter must jump it should only be on the spot to widen legs or a little forward but preferably none at all

i have to agree with you AetVfury this guy clearly does not know olympic weightlifting. i no far too much about lifting i went to commonwealth games and have been trained by world class hungarian coach Tamas Feher coming up on 3 years now so i know what im talking about
