@jets 137931.. hey just for anyone reading this, my vet told me to never give cat food to a chihuahua or any dog. i was doing that because my dog was having trouble eating the dog food and he said it has different amounts of nutrients in it and can be very dangerous for a dog.

i thought they were still small when they are just three months old, this one is a little bigger. Is this a teacup micro chihuahua or the bigger kind?

you can give cat food make sure there is no fish or fish oil in it you can get can or dry.

@louib716 switch it over gradually, a teaspoon at a time. Add one teaspoon new food, one teaspoon less old food over 7-10 days. They should be ok by then.

@dearnikky our dogs wont eat the dog food. they strongly prefer the cat food for some reason.
