This dust circulation SW of Kinsley, KS on 6/15/09 started out initially as a gustnado, and was filmed by many storm chasers. After much debate by many storm chasing experts it has been speculated that this became a weak tornado as part of a sequence of multiple tornadogenesis and touchdowns from Kinsley to near Belpre and Macksville. Theory is that a stub funnel appeared above the ground circulation and the dust column became briefly connected to the cloud base. This can be seen at :50 . Also, this is the same feature that was shown on Episode 6 of Discovery's Storm Chasers 2009 season.
