@gamemeister27 Mine says "Magic Indian Rope", so it's still an 'Indian rope trick' -- just not the big illusion.

@dabarsherla no, the easiest trick in the world is learning how to spell
-
I know how to do it

@gamemeister27 Yeah, but the name certainly gets more interest than that, eh?

I don't think the real Indian Rope Trick has ever been recorded being done outside in the open with nothing above you. However it is said a rope stands straight up 20 feet in the air and a boy climbs up and disappears. In some variants, the magician climbs up with an axe, the audience hears screams and then he comes back down with a bloody basket with limbs in it. He covers the basket with a cloth and the boy then pops out. I wish I could see it ):

@1337k40s that is the easyest trick in the world

for ur kind information this trick is really indian!! ya its not the actual 'indian rope trick' in which the person vanished in air etc. but what he meant by the name was that that this gimmick was made in india!!

This is a nice trick but I just figured it out by thinking hard enough. its a great one though!
well, not really the indian rope trick. If it rose 20ft into the air, and a boy climbed it and proceded to vanish, it would be the indian rope trick, this is just a stiff rope.
