Francium's most stable isotope, which is Francium-233 has a maximum half life of 22 minutes, as you said, however, the SECOND least stable (not first, as that's francium) naturally occuring element; astatine, has a maximum half life of 8.5 HOURS.

Actually it's 22 minutes. Astatine is 4.5 minutes.
