@tmmullenhevey the force between two cars traveling at the same speed with the same mass and general construction that hit head on would have the same force applied to them as if they hit a concrete wall. in a head on crash between two of the same car it is not cumulative, if anything it has a canceling effect because the inertia of both moving vehicles have an equal force on each other.
