Who is Timbuktu?

Timbuktu, aka Jason Diakité, is a WeActivist. He's been with WeSC for longer than you can imagine - for the simple reason that he's a good man, a creative genius and a man with passion, soul and a hippie spirit. He's been one of Scandinavia's most popular and well respected artists for years and years, and he doesn't seem to be loosing steam anytime soon.

The man has got some serious mojo going on, and in this short video we catch up with him before one of his gigs at Mosebacke. Stockholm in July to talk about the music, inspiration, life and WeSC.
