when we listened to music in the 1960s and 70s up to about the mid 80s, we had melodies and arrangements - and catchy songs that were 2 1/2 to max 4 mins long. What happened to them?

Jesus, i just remembered this song today. and then i remembered that i had the privilege of seeing this band live. they had just been in a bus crash. singer wore neck brace. guitarist had a cast on his leg. what a great band. great songs.
