Well idk what all guys interpret into this but that guy just states what women are in todays society. He doesn't make any comments on what a woman has to be. no. he just states the interests of women and the interest of men/society. That women what to be like men and have a great job career and men want to have children. These interest are of opposing forces so that's why there are so many conflicts between men/women.

Ok, do you have a BRAIN?! Yes women can have children, but they cant just do it themselves! Guys have to, well you know, for a woman to get pregnant dumbass. Both sides contribute, not just women.
