@lorisangel1 The exercise she talks about in minute 2:30 is GREAT to encourage chord clossure... just make sure you are not doing effort AT ALL when producing it...(the squeek, like being tired)
@burhanullah786 When you try to hit a high note look yourself in a mirror and observe if your larynx is getting higher. If it does, it means you are straining and that´s why you feel that...
I´m working on the same problem and improved considerably. I´m not an expert, but to start I think u should try doing liprolls with a dopey sound... (like yawning) from bottom to top, and top to bottom (dont even think in notes... just slide)
After that, liprolls in the song with the high note.
Hi, i wanted to know how do you fix this problem: when i try to go high not exactly head or falsetto may be where mixed should be i feel my throat close and i cant hit the note.
help...I have COPD with bronchitus. I want to sing with our worship team at church...but can't hold a note. I sing about 3 to 4 words and I'm out of breath. Is there any hope for me? Or should I just face the fact that singing is no longer something I'll be able to do.
Hi Sophie, I can sing acappella and with someone very well, but when I sing to karoake or with a band I go off key and it doesn't like I am singing. It sounds very boring. How can I correct this. Thanks Gale
Hi, Sophie :) i was wondering could you show me how to do the exercises for lowering my larynx properly i have been having so much trouble with this i just can't seem to lower it :(
Wow! I'm a little stunned right now... I thought "ooo, she's made a new vid, I wonder what's in store." lol Kinda shocked me there! Thank you SO much for doing this vid. I'm definitley doing to do the exercises you mentioned. You're awesome! Thanks again! And dang, I really wanna help get you noticed... I've known of your talent/great teaching for a long time, and you deserve so much more recognition... I'll try to promote what I can. God bless, -Trevor
