  • I got a lot of tension at the crown of my head, I had to stop half way. It was almost like a sinus headache starting at the base of my nose and working its way up. Is that a bad thing?

  • @sugarfootharris1101 No, it's not a bad thing. You may have some chakra blockage and the higher energies are trying to rise through them. If you're not ready for this it's OK. Try working with Theta and Alpha frequencies and try this one again from time to time. It won't hurt you.

  • I had an interesting experience yesterday. I felt as though I was conscious of something entirely new. I was in a much clearer state of mind and the space around me seemed to have an added depth. It was wonderful, I felt whole, compassionate and the air felt effortless to breathe but it's difficult to reproduce that experience. Any tips?

  • @bstmanversusskeletor Continue with your meditation, with our without using this music. As you meditate and work with brainwave entrainment, you will find that these altered states come more often and last longer. You are on the road to greater spiritual development, my friend.

  • I understand your concern. Some say that highly compressed mp3 files are bad for entrainment. And this is why I work with high quality WAV files when I make these videos, so the end product, even though it is compressed, has a better chance of being effective. Speaking for myself, listening on my computer to the original sound files and watching the video has the same effect. Thanks for viewing and contributing your question.

  • I am a knowledge junkie, and recently I have been studying the brain waves and other material. With this and other videos it's not only words to read and comprehend, it's actual feelings and experiencing the knowledge. Don't know if that makes any sense to you, but thank you for the video. It's great.

  • @mindopnr A great resource for learning is Transparent Corp. They're the authors of two programs that I regulary use to make this music, Neuroprogrammer, and Mindworkstation. You'll find a wealth of material available to you through these products. And I'm not an affiliate, just a happy camper.

  • Thank you for the words of encouragement. You're doing great work here in helping others. Kudos!

  • I'm curious about youtubes compression and if that has any ill effect on the effectiveness of this video.

  • Nice stuff. Faster brainwaves (13 Hz - 40 Hz) is associated with high mental concentration. No knuckle-dragging here (4 to 8 Hz).
