  • He's right about "Fear of the Other" being a motivator of racism, intolerance, and economic repression. BUT IT IS ONLY A SYMPTOM! The TECHNOLOGY OF FUEL is the activator - which will not cease OR DECENTRALIZE until a new FUEL-LESS technology replaces it. Radical CULTURAL CHANGE LIMITS were defined by the '70's - to be superficial. Electronics has gone deeper, but remains secondary. ONLY POINT-SOURCE ENERGY PRODUCTION IN TRANSPORTATION can transform world society to peaceful resolution.
