If it weren't for his contract @ ABC, He would probably be hosting The Price is Right right now (Nothing against Drew Carey, but Tom is Miles uopn Miles Better).

This was during the Meredith series, I believe. Every once in a while, she'd take a week off for various reasons. Al Roker was also a host during one of her breaks.
