As Deb's voice has "matured", it's lost that metallic edge.
This was obviously recorded through the camera microphone(s). If it had been an audio feed from the mixing desk that power in her voice would still be there.

debbie hasnt got the vocals she had back to 1979s, she sounds a little shy well...they still very nicee I wish I couldd see them livee... they are my favorite band of all time. if you see her in her other early blondie videos you can see the diference.. wat a powerful band!

WOW im impressed - Debbie still got the vocals for this classic tune!! - Im 22 but absolutely LOVE BLONDIE!! my parents got me into them and i have all of the cd's. I went into a charity shop the other day and bought 4 of the vinyls! they had them for 50p in the window and in really good nick! - Framed them :D
