i used:Get the right EXPOSURE - Filmmaking & Cinematography Tutorial
i used:Color Correction in FCP & Premiere (Film Look) - Filmmaking
i used Color Correction in FCP & Premiere (Film Look) - Filmmaking with the coloring even doe he use final cut pro i did the coloring with adobe after effects.
Also for the lights i used the video'' http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5587PORymWI '' for the lights on the wall also i used his moving the light around the actors to get the coloring correct.
