Rocky Training - 6 Raw Eggs

Here some Rocky training. It's my first time having raw eggs. They actually tasted better than I though they would.

By the way, I wouldn't recommend trying this. A day later I got Salmonella food poisoning and it wasn't fun.

@786myfist that makes no sense why would you take out the protein? the whites are the bad part to eat if they are on their own they contain avidin which binds with the B vitamin biotin. eating only the whites will result in a deficiency in biotin unless you take a supplement... or just eat the yolk which is an excellent source of biotin just like nature intended.
