@princemarc67 I appreciate the enthusiam 4 the old school & hate to bust your bubble but at this party we are using Techniq 1200's w/Serato ScratchLive Software our music is in mp3 format on an external hard drive. We stop carrying crates of wax years ago. Hip Hop is always progressing its not the equipment but how it is used & moving the crowd. @melvin1123 That backyard was our home on the weekends- legendary parties- He was Dj Master D backthen he became Spinbad in '84 when joined Force 5, (I left to join the Army) - I was his MC backthen "MC Nathan-G The Grand Duke of Poetry- We were called the G-Town Boogies Boys -- We still work 2gether when we can. I'm at Lou&Choos on Hunting Park ave on Fri/Sats- Spin comes thru occasionally
