@NkTakZ awww hun i'm glad that ur going 2 get it sorted it has been a terrible time 4 me and i can't belive a qualified doctor told me that it was normal 2 not have periods 4 8 years...after having my son!!!i'm really happy that i have inspired you 2 sort it out and i hope that everything goes well for you hun let me know what they say to you :)

@mammatirs85 Thanks for the message. When I was told I had PCOS, they said 'you won't have any kids' and after that, I always said I never want kids. Even though I'm glad that I'm not alone, I still feel alone (not sure if this makes sense). After getting your message, I've finally sucked up the courage to sort it out lol. I have a docs appt on Wed to begin this journey. Good luck to you!!

@NkTakZ i totally agree with you for 8 years now i haven't had a period and me and my husband would like another child but 8 years with no period makes it really hard for that to happen my old doctor kept telling me that is was normal to not have a period for that amount of time!!! neddless to say i changed doctors and now i am waiting scan results and hopefully getting things sorted out xx

thank u so much... i have been suffering from PCOD since i was 15, 7 years down the line, i still never understood. i finally understand what is going on in my body!

My doctor had prescribed birth control pills, however, they are making me suffer hair loss at an alarming rate. is there any explanation to this?
