This is a typical bodybuilder style arm superset. Nick is doing an incline version of skullcrushers, which provides for a little more range of motion of the movement providing a better stretch in the triceps muscle superset with hammer curls for the biceps. Nick also throws in a rack pull, which is essentially a deadlift but it takes the leg portion of the exercise out of the movement therefore focusing all efforts on the back.
