  • Hey, I just came from my work out!! Okay, I need to get one more day in to make 4. I am internally laughing inside because that's how I was when I got marred (almost seven years ago). I was working out and I looked DAMN good in my dress so nice and toned, then right after can we say 20 pound weight gain..lol I wish you the best on your weight loss goals. You can do it. We can do it!!

    Thanks for your encouragement, it means a lot! The pressure of fitting into the dress and looking DAMN good is intense but it's kicking me in gear! :)

  • @brwneyedancer Yay!! Let's get it! Hip Hop Aerobics sounds really fun...I have a hip hop aerobics dvd that i'll pop in every now and then and love it! All about having fun!

  • I'm in. I already started back to the gym this week and increased my water, veggies and fiber.

  • Congrats! I have 20 lbs to lose, I'm in it with you. I have two pairs of jeans that I must fit in by the end of August.

  • Girl, I started my weight loss journey (again, LOL) after seeing your other video. I am keeping a journal using Sparkpeople. I love this site, you can track your food and fitness and the site is totally free. I also love greek yogurt, it has more calcium and protein than regular yogurt. I add almonds, fresh blueberries and splenda to the 2% Fage from Trader Joe's. I have been doing walks and have been tracking calories with Cardio Trainer on my Droid. Congrats on your engagement.   • Get it girly! I'm with you too! I'm a Zumba instructor and I do all kinds of other dancing and workouts. Keep it moving, you'll definitely see results!
