I think it's all relative. My wife is taking 90mg of prednisone (graft versus host disease after a bone marrow transplant for leukemia), and started to have these tremors after three weeks.
Prednisone and prednisolone are somewhat different drugs, and may have different effects at different dosages, I don't know.

my hands and head have started doing this. I have to take 8 every day for 2 weeks and come down 1 each week.I take this as i suffer from crohns disease.I also have spinal damage as the prednisolone is said to be wasting the muscles around my spine.I feel as if i am fighting a loosing battle. When on this medication it is essential to get ure bloods checked every week as it raises your white blood cells.Anyone on these i wish the best of luck.

My tonsils have been swollen since December its now June. I have tonsillitis. And they gave me a prescription for Prednisone 10 MG. I have to take 6 a day for 2 days. Then 4 a day for 2 days, and 2 a day for 2 days. I started today and I took a quick nap and i thought i pissed in the bed, but it was sweat. My shirt was soaked especially around the neck area and my back. I could squeeze the sweat out my shirt and I have heavy eyes. Is this a common side effect from this medication? Thanks!
