The Sweeney: A New Dawn

1st Year Drama surrounding the idea of basing a drama around an existing television drama series and try and recreate the style and filming techniques of that show, with this film based on the 1970s police drama 'The Sweeney'.
Synopsis: Reagan and Carter on the tail of a London crook who is laundering his money through the bars and clubs of the quaint seaside town. When the capture him they are offered a promotion to the flying squad in London aka the Sweeney.

@fatparrot66 Sorry to disappoint, but it clearly says in the description that this is a first year University project BASED on the Sweeney, which, by the way, is a 1970s crime drama, not a documentary about 70s crime as you seem to think.

This reminds me of The Bill and the acting is Terrible, these guy's are too soft for my liking The Sweeney were hard Bastards who didn't sleep much and had Whiskey for breakfast. Why didn't george go round the back ?
