All that effort to "disguise" the taste of the sardines. Completely unnecessary. Just buy quality sardines with skin and bones and eat them straight from the can, on crackers if you like. Crown Prince, King Oscar, and Bela-Olhao (if you can find them) are all premium.

This sounds great! I'm definetely going to try this, I just had sardines for the first time in my life today and came to search here for a recipe to make them more 'eatable', so thank you healthnut41!

Great, accurate, useful info. Great vid. Thanks :)

thanks valnaples - I had some sardines last night on a mixed spinach salad, topped with olive oil & apple cider vinegar - they truly are tasty, too bad they have such a bad rap. Speaking of raps - I'm going to startt experimenting with some wrap ideas that use a sprouted-bread wrap and an olive oil/hummus sauce topped with spinach and sprouts - maybe add some crushed walnuts or cabbage - mmmm that's making me hungry!

Great video! Thanks so much...I love my sardines WITH the bones & skin for extra nutrition but it's great you can buy them without if you are not hard-core! Canned salmon beats sardines for Omega 3's by the way...kippers are also a good choice for the Omega-3's...eat healthy America! Will look for more of Rick's videos right now.

Nice!
I eat my sardines with brown rice, bell pepper and kale wrapped in a tortilla.
I love me some sardines! I eat them 3 times a week, sometimes more.
I prefer to eat them right out of the can with a side of collard greens & mushrooms and brown rice
I highly suggest eating the ones with bones & skin, they're much more nutritious.
Cheers!
