Old Testament Sanctuary Animation

This is an animation of the Old Testament Sanctuary which God told Moses to build so He (God) can dwell among them as they journeyed through the wilderness onto the promise land (Exodus 25:8). Even though this was only an earthly model, there are many spiritual lessons here to learn about the plan of salvation God instituted right from the beginning in the garden of Eden with the first sacrifice. As one can see, every item shown there pointed to the Lord Jesus Christ as the Sacrificial Lamb and High Priest. He (Jesus) today interceeds on behalf of all those that accept Him by faith before the Heavenly Father as their personal Savior. He is our great High Priest, a minister of the Sanctuary that is in heaven which the Lord built and not man (Hebrews 8:1, 2). The Most Holy place (where the two covering cherubs are) is the last compartment where the high priest entered once a year (The Day of Atonement) to cleanse it from all the confessed sins accumulated throughout the year, and it also was known as a work of Judgemnet for the children of Israel. Likewise our great High Priest, Jesus the Son of God, is in a work of Pre-advent Judgement now in the Heavenly Sanctuary for those who wish to have their sins pardoned against their name. He not only forgives sins, but also He empowers those who believe in Him to have a victorious Christian life through His atoning work by the Holy Spirit. Victory over sin is possible, as we allow him to work in our lives every moment of every day. There are great truths to be learned from the Bible! Find the Saviour. His coming is very near and will give to everyone according to how he/she has lived and what choices he/she has made. While He's interceeding, there is still grace available to accept Him as your Lord and Savior. This is the first step toward your personal salvation. God Bless.

What was the smoke over the tabernacle?

Hi There. The smoke seen in this animation is the sweet incense offered which ascended over the curtain and filled the next compartment with a sweet smell. In essence, the smell counteracted the odour left behind by the blood that was sprinkled on the horns of that same altar. Symbolically speaking, the incense represents our prayers offered to God mingled with Christ's righteousness which alone is acceptable to God and is the only way the Father can hear our prayers. I hope it's clear for you.

WOW, this is so wonderful! This is such an amazing representation of the Holy Tabrenacle! Would you please allow me to use this for my school project on Tabernacle? God's law wants a perfect obedience but after sin, any human being can obay perfectely this Law, for that reason, God wants we understand that our prayers can arrive to God Father, Jesus take those prayers, Jesus need to take prayers and cover with his perfect obedience then will offer to God

And the smoke of the incense, [which came] with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel's hand. Bible is clear and incense was a symbol of PERFECT OBEDIENCE of Jeus Crist...

@carinaaus Have you ever read the Bible where Christ would appear as a column of smoke and a column of fire and would descend upon the tabernacle? And when the column moved, the Israelies were to pack up and follow it until it stopped again?

OMG!!!.... this animation is just beautiful, I know God watched too, and loved it as I do. Now I have a better visual definition of what it looked like in the old days.
